Original Caliburn Discontinued October 14 2021
It’s with a heavy heart that we officially “retire” the Original Caliburn Device. Uwell has stopped production on the device, meaning that we can no longer replenish our stock on the device kits. When we first found this device over two years ago, it reignited our passion for making vape juice which led us to creating our Handcrafted Salts Line.
That being said, we’re so happy with the upgraded version of the Original Caliburn, the Caliburn A2. Uwell has managed to fix the spitback/leaking prevalence on the original device, they’ve improved the flavor, and somehow the A2 pods last even longer for us. We couldn’t be more thrilled with this upgrade.
What does this mean?
We will continue to support the Original Caliburn in the following ways -- Devices are no longer being manufactured by Uwell. We will continue to sell the original device kit until our stock is sold out.
- We will continue to sell replacement pods for the Original Caliburn for the next year. Uwell has assured us that they will continue to produce those for us.
- We will maintain a reserve stock to replace any manufacturing defects that come up on devices purchased within the last 6 months.
What's changed?
- Our Caliburn Starter Bundle has been replaced with a new and improved Caliburn A2 Starter Bundle
- All of our other bundles and packs now offer add-on Caliburn A2 pods and devices
- All of our handcrafted salt recipes are being revisited and potentially updated to take advantage of the increased flavor capabilities of the Caliburn A2. We will debut our new recipe updates via our mystery flavor so that we can collect customer feedback before making the swap.
